My first cube making trial.  After gen-cubes.rp with ca_version = 2 
the calcium alignment was bad, so reran wth ca_version = 1, much better.

Then ran rubball.pro.  

Results very good, see emtinker.  Needs DopplerSum cubes for the
Halpha was and perhaps cone filtering.  Then this is much better stuff
than the data in the Van Veelen tomo solar physics paper.  Redo that?
He also made vorticity etc.  But had more Halpha wavs.  Did these have
40-50 frames/burst?
